MEET THE TEAM

Ben Drummond
Ben DrummondDirector & Co-Founder
Prior to founding Drummond Property Group, Ben developed a wealth of experience in property renovation as partner and director of EC Drummond (Agriculture) Ltd, a large, nationwide agri-food business with turnover in excess of £90 million. He now uses the management skills he has acquired over many years to help run the construction, renovation and building parts of the business.
Guy Drummond
Guy DrummondDirector & Co-Founder
Guy has over 12 years' experience in managing large scale property
developments, both for Drummond Property Group and Now Storage Ltd.
He is well versed in dealing with leases, legalities and banking institutions
and uses this knowledge to seek out new development opportunities,
organise purchasing and planning and ensure compliance with building
regulations. As part of his role, he is also responsible for overseeing all
administrative and financial activities for the business, including budgeting
and reporting.
Alun Howard
Alun HowardFinance Director
Having trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Alun qualified as a chartered accountant in 1999. He has 25 years' experience working in and managing finance teams in various industries including Food Manufacturing, Property, Self Storage, Agriculture and Publishing. Alun joined the Drummond Property Group team two years ago and oversees our monthly management accounting and cash flow.
Nigel Gwilliam
Nigel GwilliamProject / Site Manager
Nigel oversees all Project management and Health & Safety. He now has
over 20 years experience in construction project management and
oversees day to day site & project work.
Bev Hill
Bev HillAccounts & Property Management
Bev joined BGD Property Group in 2017, managing all of the Drummond Property Group account's and administration. She has also recently taken on all the day to day lettings management for all BGD tenants.
